Help Please, Front Plate!

I need to order a front plate for my car as the one i have has been squashed and plate cracked up!

i have a holder from a jap bumper, horizontal dimension is 13" but i need to know the vertical to order the plates online?? anyone know what i should get? 6,7,8"

On the subject of Jap square front plates, are they the same size as the US one? Cos am trying to get guy in the US to sell me a couple of the TRD rear license plate surrounds.
