New Heatshield For The 2!

Hi folks,

Got my new heatshield built and fitted last night and it looks pretty good. It sits over the existing one and is mainly a cosmetic add on but also adds another layer between the manifold and the intercooler pipe. My only worry is that the new shield is attached to the rocker cover and as such will be transfering heat to it. Will this cause any problems with warping or such like ?

I just want to make sure my car is ok and Im not causing it trouble.

By the way the stock toyota heat sheilds polish up VERY nicely, they look like mirrors!!!!

Yup did that, then it rusted! LOL

How did you polish it??? With a proper wax polishing kit???

The ones on my supra still look like they did the day I did them!!!
