Nope, Thye organisers had a problem with the security tagging of the first bunch of tickets so had to send them back, they recieved the new tickets last friday so will be sending them out to the clubs in the next couple of days. That means Steve won't have recieved the tickets yet so there fore can't send them to individual members....

They will be coming soon, Steve should be recieving them on wednesday or thurwsday of this week so no need to panic yet :)

just discovered my boss top bloke, given me fri the 16th of work to prep the motor ready for the saturday, now can anybody say fairer than that.

just got to get down to the motorist centre in and buy a pot of elbow greese.......

As long as I can get a couple of evenings over the next 2 weeks so that I can paint the revision 6 lights I'll be happy, if I can't get them painted before Japfest I'll be gutted....

Maybe if it's dry on the day I could bring them along and paint them on the stand :D :D :D

why not i'm certainly goning to be throwing a couple of buckets, polish rags and bumber/tyre blackener in the boot, as well as the back to dash in a flash wipes etc.....

Am I right in thinking that I'm far too late to get a ticket?? I won't have my car but i will be goning in my mates Carlos Sainz?? He's on the GT4OC stand?

What needs setting up in terms of the stand when we get there? I also intend to get down there pretty early as I will help with any setting up of the TOC stand, need to do a bit of polishing of the motor also. What time does it open to the public?

I'm not sure TOC actually has anything to setup as it is mainly LOC that has the banners as TOC has generally had a poor turn out from it's members at meets, we'll have to ask Steve.....

As for setting up I guess just orrganising the car's and making them look organised and clean :)

I'm pretty sure gates open around 8am, first drivers metting is around 8.15 or 8.30 I believe...

Plus we have to find where our stand is of course, probably best for the first 2 cars on site to park at oppostie ends of the stand so we can make sure noone tried to steal our plot which is what happened at CCC day....

Scooby, you may be lucky, drop PM to Steve as he might have a ticket free, I don't know the latest but haven't seen a post to officially confirm all tickets are sold out.....

Hi everyone

Got my ticket :D So i'm ready to go. It sounds like you can get on the site for 7am. So does that mean that we can go to the stand for that time? As on the pass it is open to the public for 9am?

Not only do I have my tickets, I now have a MOngoose exhaust fitted :) :) :) and have re-sprayed the rear exhaust guard so it is colour coded with the car, photo's will be online tomorrow....

Lights are now coming Mnday after work so am hoping for some good weather so I can spray them and have them fitted before Saturtday (should be no problems)....

met up with ryan and scot this afternoon the new exhaust and respray on the rear looks really good, should look even better with the new light clusters :D

will have to wait and see on saturday
