Need Some Help Starting My Car

hey :blink:

am having some problem starting mr car it's a toyota Marino 1996 with a 4A-FE

engine 1600 cc. I tried changine the distributor and the coil...all the fuses, nothing. The plug wires are not getting current. The car just swings over and over, but not starting. everything seems to check out...at lease all that i know of. Can anyone give me any ideas or how to check the diagnosis as to see if that will pin point the problem. It there any wiring manuals online for this car?
