Situation:

bought yaris couple of year ago wit no cd player, just the tape deck

few month later, bought cd player with leads, which gos in cashbox

recently, bought a new head unit, and sold the toyota cd player with no leads.

women emailed saying toyota wont give her the lead because it should come with cd player.

is this the lead which is spare that was not used in the adaptor for the head unit?

not seen the back of the tape headunit, all toyota headunits use the same socket (except MR2)
