Fitting Door Speakers

Ok got this car off my gran. Upgraded the tape player and dash Speakers with no problem. Now i want to change the door Speakers. But the Speakers seem to be riveted in. Is this correct or am i being stupid? Also the speakers in the door are 13cm right?

thanks guys. If i replace the Speakers with ones of the same size do i still have to mount them on something?
