Well, actually, i had to go see a medical examiner for the insurance appraisal, and it was HE himself that ' suggested ' what to say. HE wrote things down on the paper after I told him about my GENUINE injuries, and then he HIMSELF added a cpl more. So it wasn't really me that was de-frauding the insurance init.

Sorry, but you went along with it...

And then boasted about it on a live forum...

I wouldn't be surprised if someone involved with your case suddenly rang you up or knocked on your door with a court summons <_<

It isn't always down to how much it costs to repair if they deceide to write it off or not think alot of it is down to the insurance company

Had a mate who had a mint mk1 mr2 and some one deceided to pour paint stripper all over it wrecked the paint work but also meted all the rubber seals

and varios other bits and bobs

Not sure how much the car was worth at the time bit cost the best part of £5500

to repair and the bloke from the insurance company who came out to look at the car said the reason he didn't write it of was because it was in such good condition

As for the other topic cant stand people that falsly claim for injuries

I drove into the back of an ibiza last year and left a 3inc scratch on her bumper offered to pay out of my own pocket she said no cus she needed a loan car to get to and from work and then ripped my insurance company off for £5000
