Toyota MR2 1992 (K) Turbo in super red.

I have uploaded some pictures to the web at address:

http://www.leeboy.diamondhost.co.uk/misc_files/car/

The car is a Japanese import and the standard model is rated at 220bhp. I have had the car since Oct 2000 and it has been my main car that I use to go to and from work. Its been maintained well and serviced regularly. The cam belt was changed at 80000km (as per Toyota's advice) and has passed its MOT each year without a problem. Proper Toyota coolant has always been used and I have used Mobile 1 oil from the beginning.

Shortly after I bought it a new clutch was fitted and has approx. 33k km on it. The car has been properly warmed up/cooled down after each use and has never had a problem starting! I have all my invoices and receipts for work done in the UK.

The tyres have 19k km on them and still have plenty of tread. The alloys are free from any major chips or warping. The exhaust is stainless steel and is an after-market model. The ECU has been upgraded and the car is fitted with strut braces at the front and rear and it has an induction kit. I think it may have been lowered but I am not sure - its very low but I don’t know how to tell.

Please note that the modifications were done whilst in Japan and not in the UK.

The paintwork has been looked after and polished/waxed on a regular basis. There are no major problems with the bodywork at all and all the glass and mirrors are free from cracks. The seats are half-cloth half-leather and are in good condition.

The car features electric windows, electric aerial, electric wing-mirrors, climate control and air conditioning - all working!

The car also has a Cat 1 alarm and includes a MP3/CD/Radio.

£3900ono

Please email me or PM me if you have questions or are interested.

Thanks.

I think you are correct on a few things ..

Firstly it's a red, tin-top and not a rev3+ .. and most peeps now are after non red rev3 t-bars ..

The price is about right for a good car (I've not seen yours, but it sounds mint and well looked after).

And you are right, Xmos aint far away and I know peeps are looking at tightening the purse strings .. hold tight and I hope you sell it for what it's worth ..

Thx for the reply Bibbs.

Its weird that people want a t-bar tho, I didnt think the t-bar had a/c or climate control ?

i have both on mine... but i dont know if they were an option...

Like Bibbs said.. bad time of year to sell i reckon...
