Sr Front Bumper

hi everyone, was jus wondering if anyone has had their standard starlet front bumper meshed out and if so does it look any good? or has anyone got pics of a meshed out front bumper?

yeh ive had mine done to mate,its worth gettin it done like,id recomend gettin

a diffrent number plate and a splitter,make sure they repair the bits they cut

properly cause mine started to crack they have bn redone with fibre glass now and is alot stronger here is mine:

not to sure mate the body shop done it wen they repaired the bumper,

it looks like some kind of bonder they used wotever it its dryed really

and is really secure,best thing to do would be go and see a coachworks

and ask them,sure ive seen the same stuff being used to repair broken bits on bumpers.

yeah it is! the slats have been taken out and the number plate base cut and filled to blend with the rest of the bumper. the side intakes have been cut into the standard bumper.

i've seen it done once before.

looks nice.

hi all jus a lil update on the car and some more advice ....

ive cut the bumper up to install the mesh and noticed that in the middle on each sides of the bumper there is liek a groove sticking out that was actually part of the plastic that was cut out.. was wondering how you all overcome this as i kno to get rid of it to smooth it off you need to do some fibergalss/filler work on it. also got the evo 5 bonnet scoop on it its beggining to look pretty mean will get some pics up of the project underway.
