i made a thread some time ago asking where i could get a rad for my tubby, and somebody gave me the number of a place up north. now i have just got round to sorting the car out and i can't find the thread again after searching for it.

anyone know the best place to get a rad, not toyota cos they want ridiculous money for one!!

You could try Toyota Celica Breakers. There's a link at the top of the "Wanted" section.
