Im running my mr2 turbo as standard at the mo and have come accross a de-cat pipe.

What are the power gains for this? and

How much?

Also, my car is currently running standard so would i need other mods to be able to do this?

Cheers

Jim's right. Go for either an Aussie or a Hypersorts downpipe and a decent exhaust and you'll be on the end of a good 10-15bhp increase. Because of the increase in exhaust flow, you might find the turbo spools up faster and will fuel cut. That's waht happened to mine. I got round this by fitting a Paul Port fuel cut defencer. Only cheap, but well worth it. While you're at it (and if your budget will allow) go for a decent high flowing induction kit (Apex'i, Blitz, HKS etc).

With all that lot, you should see a good 20-25bhp.

HTH
