Are you sure the Battery is at full charge?

Even if theres enough juice in it to light everything else up, there could not be enough in there to crank the starter?

If not starter could be sticking?

Try giving it a shunt with a big stick

check that the live to the starter is actually live firstly whilst cranking the engine.if it isnt then its most likely the plug on the end of the ignition barrell at fault.there are only 3 or 4 big fuses big enough to take that ammount of power and they are under the bonnet in 1 of the fuse boxes. to get you driving run a wire from the live on the Battery to the live on the starter with the ignition on and flash it , to get you started.

check the main fuse under the hood in the fuse block by the Battery, someone may have reversed the Battery by accident. if its blown, the fuse is screwed in from the underneath the juction box, so dont even try to pop it out. good luck

may also be the sensor in the autobox is knackered , telling the engine its in gear , therefore wont allow it to start . just a theory.
