1995 Camry: Fuse And Its Location

I suddenly discovered that in my 1995 Toyota Camry none of in-dash radio, the lighter, the outside mirror controls, etc were working. One would think given so many accessories not working, some problem with the electrical circuit rather than the accessories. Is there a fuse that may have blown? Where is this fuse located?

scp, check the dome fuse, its under the hood in fuse block by the Battery, if it blows again, u have a short somewhere.
