but ive decided to purchase myself a little gen 5 gt4 as a project,

not in a hurry ( but i am ) to get it sorted, want it done for next summer but

could i realistically, make a gt4 a twin turbod monster?

You COULD twin turboa 3S-GTE..... but I can see no real point in doing it!!!!

Hmmmmm. Too much work involved. Viz a viz. Fueling, balancing etc etc. Long list. Might just as well buy a st205 and tune that. It`ll be just as quick and possibly less expensive. Just my opinion of course. :)

You do realise that Andy from fensport is no' 2 in the world for record speed in his ST205, no' 1 spot goes to a ST185 which is in the 10 seconds. in fact more than half of the top ten are 185's.

So which would you rather modify, and they both have stock top mounted intercoolers aswell.

so there goes the faff is best/fastest argument it may have more BHP but 5's can be faster, much faster, and they look 1 million times better.

get the 5 and get modding - after driving it you will very quickly get shot of that N/A celica to fund the project believe me. :P

Luve Gen 5's. My mate has a GT4 ST185 that I'm considering buying as a project. That might well have swung it

The 185 has better top speed potential due to the pop up headlights ;).

Put the lights up and it's gotta wreck the aerodynamics!

go for the GT4, you know you wanted to, even when you seen my beat up one.

do it like you said, keep the one you've got as a daily runner and the 185 for the weekends
