Hi im going to fit my kenwood cassette player in my 99corolla this weekend as the toyota one has crapped out, ive looked on the autoleads website to find out if i need a harness adaptor but their catalog wont load. do i need a harness adaptor? and is it possible to connect my toyota cd changer (TM0461?) to my headunit i understand that an adaptor lead is probably needed, if it is where can i get one?

You will need an adapter to plug in your head unit (search eBay for this item number 5726441337 as an example).

Plugging it all in is really a two minute job with this adapter - the majority of the time is taken up by removing the old radio, then !Removed! it all back up again.

This is assuming that your Kenwood has the ISO style connectors.

Not sure about the CD-Changer lead though. Someone is sure to help on that one.

Gareth.

NICE ONE  Keep hold of it i may need to take it off your hands.

It would still be a hell of alot easier if i could just get an adaptor i mean surely im not the only person to ever have this problem. some manufacturer somewhere has solved it its just finding the f**kr
