Speed Delimiter/convertor

Ive finally decided to get my restrictor removed, but im also wanting to change the speedo and odometer (is that how u spell it?) to mph. I know there are some restricotrs that do this to? Ne1 know the best place to buy them and how easy they are to fit?

Also i want to keep my kph TRD dials, will it just turn the kph to mph? so 30kph will atcually be 30mph?
