where is this on the yaris?

to reset immobiliser/alarm or whatever, whenever the Battery has been disconnected.

as you know the garage has been having problems with my dead car <_<

Do you have only the standard immobiliser or an aftermarket alarm aswell?

If immobiliser only, then there is no switch, accepted keycodes are hardcoded into the ECU.

If aftermarket alarm, if any reset switch, it could be anywhere.

I understand you can crank the engine, if so it doesn't have anything to do with the immobiliser as that would not be possible through the ECU. Check fuses (EFI one in particular), listen with your finger if the injectors work.

Engine compartment fuse box.

If you look at the fuse box there is a row with 3, then a small gap and then 6 fuses, it's the second from last fuse, it's 15A and it's location is also marked on the, I think, inside of the fusebox lid.
