Sound awesome compared to to the standard ones, which when you remove will discover are made out of a mix of paper and cardboard. I also installed:

r those components for the door? becoz i thought the Speakers in the dash r only 10cm?

The Speakers are in the door and the tweeters are in the dash. Custom MDF cuttings had to be made to fit them in which i was charged about 25quid for but well worth it, you cant have a good head unit with a piece of of round paper they call a speaker :D
