Turbo Preassure Signal Error 34?

hi. i have a error on my paseo with a 4efte engine conversion. its error code 34 wich is 'turbo preassure signal' not sure what is causing this. whats happening is, when i put my foot down and the turbo spins up there is a sudden loss of power almost like the fuel is being cut straight off. just for a split second. but it really jolts the car.

any ideas what it could be?

i have got a de-cat down pipe on there so it may be caused by the loss of back preassure as the cat is straight off the turbo.

any help would be much appreciated!

Do you know wot the pressure is at? It could be a fuel defenser switch,something to do with the boost to high so runs to lean or something. just a guess

Which map sensor are you using? The one from the Starlet or the one from the Paseo?

i am using the starlet map sensor. havent fitted the boost gauge yet so not sure what it is gonig to.

just put on the boost gauge and its going to 12psi. apparantly the boost and fuel cut is between 10 and 13psi? any ideas?

just had a thought on my original down pipe there is a sensor at the turbo end which is a lamnder sensor, but there is another one the other end. at the bottom of the cat. this is not on there any more, would that be something to with it?

Na it's ok without it mate

Not sure if the F-con has a built in FCD if not HKS mate them. Be sure to check you are fueling correctly after removing the fuel cut.
