45's would be better for the twisties.

But they are a quite hard compound so they tend to last longer than most other brands

It's personal preference. I have Yoko's on the front of my car as I want to wear tham out fast (FWD) They just don't grip as well as I'd like and I keep lighting them up. I much prefer Avon zz3's myself. Don't last as long but much grippier.

yeh theyre good! got some on my alloys, although i have the sports type ones! theyre quite good

i'll leave that for the summer months.. Or just before i head off to the Ring next year!! :D

Your going the ring in April

excellent :D

I had Yokohamas on the rear (standard size), extremely good grip in the dry, but not so good in the wet, and when they go in the wet you don't get much warning.

Go Pirelli Pzeros on now, whilst the dry grip isn't as good, but wet grip is slightly better - and you get a bit of warning when they're about to lose grip.

cheers for the info bud.. but these ones are actually of a wet weather kind..

Have got Yoko's AVS Sport all round on mind and the difference is unbelievable.

they get my vote, although a tad expensive if you eat tyres

Let us know what they are like mate. AS I'm looking at some new tyres next year as i have still got the original tyres still on the car from new. Cant believe that they have lasted that long.

Im running on yoko's with standard rev 2 alloys, my opinion is there good. The only tyre ive ever had a bad opinion of was Falkens, not in the dry but in the wet there !Removed! scary! all personal preferences i guess tho.

Only prob with yoko's is the price! OUCH!!

i had yoko s309s and there were ok in the dry and a liability in the wet/damp... seriously dangerous

i'm sure the a022's are much better though

got em from a mate who works at Toyota.. staff price.. though he could not fit them for me.. I asked the ATS chap to give me their book price and he said the RRP should be £135 per tyre!.. :o

Went to ATS for the fitment... not bad at all for a £5... Its the first time i have seen the car in the air.. and cant believe how clean it is!.. :D am well chuffed..

Was scared at first as you would be to see what condition the underside of the car is!...Also found out that it has Bilstien (sp) shocks....are those standard on the rev 3?
