Yaris-Nut

Hey peeps .. i'm trying to fit my new Tom's backbox to my Yaris. Can anyone provide me with some detailed instructions on how to replace the existing one or direct me to a "how to" or something cos i have no idea how to change the exhaust myself.

Greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure, but i remember a friend telling me that all you gotta do is get it up, pull the other off, and use plenty of heat bonding stuff to stick the other one on! Ask at a garage or summat, they might not know the exact way for ur exhaust, but they'll tell you the basics (if they're nice!)

Just take it to your local tyre and exhaust place, it should only cost about £10-£20! And then if it falls off you at least have a comeback!

Shut it you!

My mate works in my local tyre and exhaust place and he put my tyres on my wheels and fitted them, he fitted my induction kit when I had one and he will fit my exhaust when I get one!

He may also be fitting my suspension if Rico doesn't get the finger out!

Its great having a mate like that! :D

Use mucho copper grease where the tubes join and on the bolt threads, it 'll make it a lot easier to undo later on. Spray the rubbers with silicone spray stuff (not silicone grease) and let it soak for a couple of minutes, it'll make the rubber more "flexible", much easier to work.

Cheers, Yves.
