Estima Water Troubles

Hi,

can anyone throw some light on a problem i have with my Jap import estima emina.

it's model is a crx 10g, the 3C-TE 2.2 turbo diesel 2wd auto.

I recently bought it, in the knowledge that it had been boiled up, warping the cylinder head, this was replaced with a new item, along with the radiator which was found to be partially clogged/blocked.

I've run it for just over a week and now it has developed a slight water leak.

This leak appears to be coming from the vacinity of the middle lower pulley (? the water pump drive). I am assuming that this is the water pump pulley and that this signifies that i need to replace it!!??

Problem is that i have no info on timing the engine/positioning the engine in the correct timed position to allow me to take the water pump etc off to allow replacement.

Any guidance on this matter from you Jap import owners would be gratefully received.

its not that hard but i would suggest you buy the following, its for the engine only but start you off ok!
