The ST's got the same engine as mine (7A-FE)

Mine will punch out 0-60 in around 9 second's and I've had 115-120 out of fourth, on a used airfield of course  :thumbsup: . But that was before my 17's killed my top end, acceleration is around the same  :)

*EDIT* My mum's got an SR & I'd kill it in a drag, but I'd much prefer the handling of the SR  :drool:

SR handles like a go kart mines bin lowered bout 90mm to so its proper hard but very gud handlin wise doesnt get on wiv speed bumps to wel tho :)

Daz,

Just living in Kidsgrove won't help, I'm live in stoke now, and my Insurance shot up when I moved to Stoke. You can also try getting a 1.8ST with a GT bodykit??  Insurance is the main cost with a car these days, You won't get a decent price on a GT till you are well over 22, I am 22 and I looked at getting a GT when I got my 1.8ST and it wasn't worth it (even with a clean record and 3 years NCB) It was still over a grand for TPFT. Just sit back and wait and don't crash (also don't drive round festival park at 90mph cus the cops are supposed to be doing another crack down on people there soon!)

how do u know i live in kidsgrove? my profile stil sez loggerheads am goin update it now but how did u no?

It's just my special powers don't worry!

Nah, I clicked your link in your signature! ;)

I used to live about 10 miles away from loggerheads, cheaper insurance over there!

Speak english fool :lol::thumbsup:

The 3SGTE conversion has been done by many now, www.fensport.co.uk can get you a price for it.

All depends on which revision of the engine you go for.
