Was on holiday in Cyprus recently and came across this. Spoke to the owner of the supermarket and he showed me in detail how it works.

I said "surely you have never tried it?" to which he replied "yes that was the first time" and showed me a big scar on his forearm, " and this was the last time" big scar on his hip!
