Decat Or Down Pipe

whats the diffrence bettween the 2 advantages etc?

Downpipe hence the reason it was mentioned hehe :P because apparantly it replaces cat anyway?

the cat is a short bolt on section at the bottom of the downpipe, blitz do a bit that replaces just the cat, most other decats for turbos take the form of a full downpipe.

Downpipe is best as long as you don't have a 1994+ car that you'll have to put the cat back in for MOTs. Then just the cat section would be much easier to swap in and out.
