Lowered Suspension.

Well. Finally got round to finishing the job. Had a bit of a delay when i found one of the front shocks was weeping.

Spax SSX lowering springs. Allegedly a good compromise between comfort and handling... Mmmmm. Not sure about this. I`d say comfort 5/10 handling 9/10 although i do still have to fit camber bolts and get that set up. Probably make a bit of a difference.

Supposed to lower the car 35mm! In fact its nearer 40 at the front and nearly 50 at the rear!!!! Looks good though. And no signs of rubbing. Did think i might have to get the arches rolled. :

Unfortunately, due to the cruddy roads over here i now find myself avoiding any road that looks like it might have a pothole. Extra 4 miles to get to work

I think a mainland trip with some good roads will cheer me up. :D

Not really complaining though as the suspension has been hangin for the last couple of months. so really i`m quite pleased. Spax...... 8/10

New photos to follow when i can get the car washed.
