Looking to buy Rookey's exhaust off him but his '2 is a 3sfe and mine is 3sge.

Does anyone know if they are the same exhaust sytems or not?

Just thinking rookey, If you can take a pic of it from underneath,

I'll know if it fits or not.

same ere cos my dads is a 3sge and he is goin to give me his one.

they should fit cos i believe its only the cylinder heads that are different..mite be wrong tho

think they do .. I'm sure they use the same manafold ..

It's only the tubby that has a differing 'fold due to the turbo ..

According to EPC, 3S-FE and Rev1 3S-GE show same partnumbers for downpipe (flexi) and rear box.  HTH.

Is it back box with de-cat section and nothing else?

Cos i know my flexi is blowing slightly so could do with a down pipe too if its available :thumbsup:

Im not EXACTLY sure to be honest mate, it came on the car, and I was told it was a de-cat, im not technical enough to find out!lol

Once its off in a week or so, ill let you know and send full piccies...cool?

I think the square pipe's will look good against the standard bumper...

the veilside one kinda drowns them.

Yeah, was thinking about it...

Dont think it'll be expensive to do it and i can get a mate to weld them on for me. :thumbsup:

Should be quite easy to do that...

The thought never really came into my head!lol

People like Longlife will do that sort of thing for around £50 if it's only a couple of exits. :thumbsup:
