How Much Lift Is To Much

I am forever being winged at for using lift.

does anyone know how much lift toyata expects the typical user to use and well too much use destroy the engine?

The engine is at its happiest being reved to the max and I would be more concerned at the amount of time spent out of lift!

But seriously your car is under warranty (i assume) until 2006, so don't worry about using the lift, thats what its there for!

the power band between 6200 and 8200rpm when the 2nd set of cams kick in and things start to get interesting!
