Celica Convertible!

Hey guys.

I need sum info real quick. Can anyone tell me if the 92 shape toyota celica convertible comes with a turbo or is it NA. I never really see cabriolets with turbos so i was jus wondering...anyone no wer i cn go 2 see one properly. The gallery doesnt really have much.

n/a only the st205 3sgte was turbo'd as far as i know.

A '92 Celica would be a gen 5 though wouldn't it?

I think they are all imports? And I don't think they ever made a convertible with a 3s-gte engine. Could have a 3s-ge, 3s-fe, 5s-fe, or even a 1.8 engine of some sort.

Yip but there is 1 which has the ST185 engine fitted to it..... ;)

We are running aprox 240/250bhp through our ST183C at the moment and thats on low boost....

Still got it but its up for sale now.Brand new wheels on it, dawes device, new gearbox oil but still only running 0.7 bar boost just now...Its just waitng a new owner but i cant believe no-one has even came to see it yet.... :unsure:Need to sell as the wife baught the Top Secret Supercharged Vitz RS...
