Question Regarding Down Pipe

will i need to do anything else to my car?? can i jsut slap a downpipe on and be done or will it over fuel?

anyone else got a down pipe? what are they like performace wise?

best to get a good aftermarket exhaust at the same time. You may notice the Fuel Cut kicking in though as the car will most probably try to boost more.

Best to get some sort of FCD and boost controller of some sort.

Yeah I have the same exhaust & that is one of the next things after fitting the reat of my kit & installing the Trust intercooler I have. Am probably goona get the Aussie downpipe. Just make sure you get on specific for the CT20b that's all :)

downpipe is a good way to free up alot of hp. the reason it tries to boost more is because with all that freed up air, the turbo is spinning faster therefore boost comes on a lot faster. the trick with a turbo car is to dispense exhaust air quickly so the turbo can spool faster. u might feel like u lost low end torque, but it definately makes up in top end.
