hmmmm.. im not big into body graphics. i dont think the car should hide under any stickers. plus, its like an invitation to any car thief. but if it were a deeper, shinier red and the rims had a polished lip, it would look excellent! i mean, the center looks like its machined. why not compliment it with a machined and polished lip. ohh.. and the hood has to be cf. other wise painting it black is boy racer.

I painted my bonnet black because it would be just too much purple/lillac... so I painted the bonnet and the rear spoiler... the contrast on the paint looks great.

I'll eventually get a CF bonnet so I will be used to the look.

I think thats where it came from...

The Lax Power bridage saw all these cars with CF bonnets, and thought they would mimic it by just painting the bonnet black..

BTW I voted for after, I think it looks better.... cleaner

But going with what you have now...

The clears look a little out of place, maybe whack your old corners back on and get em smoked black, ala bibbs.

It was already mentioned but it looks more jap slag style now

A better picture is needed to see the colour subtleties I reckon, i'm sure it looks nicer in the flesh

Of all the 2's on here with black bonnets, have any of you considered/tried painting the headlights (the top, not the lens!), to match the bonnet. I think it would make quite a difference to the shape that just a black bonnet creates. Not sure if it would look better or not though?

I did that in photoshop and it looks pants.. I like the fact that the pop up lights are highlighted even more when not painted black.. also I like to see the purple paint on the light covers when they are up!

I did a cheap photoshop a while back on a white one, and gave it carbon light covers...
