Problem With Supra

Hey guys, im experiancing problems again.......

i installed a hks induction kit on my mkiv tt (jspec) , thing is, when the second turbo kicks in, there is a slight bit of hesitation, almost like the engine holds back power, then lets go, then holds back and lets go again...... im not sure what it could be..... :help: .... i got a greddy stype bov installed, apex exhaust, rest of car is stock..... and turbo's kick in on right time, and no odd noises from turbos, but there is a slight "bubbling" noise from the exhaust (Apex....) when in high revs.....

i've been told it could be the air flow from the induction kit that causes it.... as i have to "remap" ecu  ... there was no sensor within the stock airflow box...... what could it be?

Every time you add a performance changing modification you really need to reset the ecu so that the settings can be reconfigured to take into account the diffrence.

ECU fuse is in the fuse box under the bonnet on the right hand side of the engine.

Underside of lid tells you which fuse is which

ahh......... so it could be just that? :s ..... im going to give that a go tonight.... could it be anything else??? just that the car seems to "dampen" its power in high revs, and then let go all of a sudden :s

Autobox adjusts throttle to prolong the torque convertor, if you reset the ecu then it can re-learn the settings for throttle
