used to l,ove them until work decidded that it would be better to work one late shift a week rather than a week of them, its a pain in the neck haveing lates once a week when you could be starting the next day at 8am.,....

Shifts can play havoc with with your life.

I work a week of nights 10pm-6am then

a week of afternoons 2pm-10pm then

a week of mornings 6am - 2pm

but then i am off for 2 weeks!!

my life is a 5 week cycle, i find time is going too fast because your always working towards those 2 weeks off. ( if that makes sense)

I do shifts as well and whilst i dont mind working different hours all the time, I do tend to get depressed if I finish too late to see my baby daughter before she goes to bed.

After 3 or 4 days of that and Im usually feeling pretty low.

hate change over weekend (nights>days) as i spend most of sunday night wide awake then feel totaly f@!ked for the whole of monday
