It's supposed to be an MR2 rear Badge with an aqua glow which came as standard on some Jap cars. Don't know whether it could be a con but on the pics it doesn't seem to glow much to me.

doesnt say nothing about panel, u sure its not just the Badge?

A bit of glow in the dark paint from B&Q would do the same job and leave enough in the pot to do hundreds more to sell on eBay.

itd look nice having it fitted to the lower rear of the side skirts on both sides, but that would cost a few quid for 2 sets....
