Does anyone know if the Avensis would ever come to the United States? In addition, why do the European Toyotas look nicer than the ones in the states? This is something I can not understand. Is there any connection or person I could write a letter to in asking why this is.

market forces..............i suppose Toyota USA dont feel the smaller cars will sell well

Toyota America may not feel the Avensis is a good fit for the US market but I have 2003 Avensis in Rochester, New York and it has been a big hit. I get so many positive comments on the looks of the car. Everyone asks where they can get one.
