Check Engine P1600 After Battery Change

I have a 99 corolla, just changed Battery at Walmart, got a check engine light on after that. Walmart replaced with a new one, still the same (never happen before). I wonder if it is some fuse blew? I checked with autozone, the obdii code is p1600. Could it be the ECM is malfunctioning?
