Hi

When you changed the belts did you 'zero' the t-belt warning light?

On my '92 2.4 there's a small rubber bung on the clear plastic window of the instrument panel. Prise that out then there's a small (and I mean small) button directly behind it between the panel clocks.

Use a thin rod and push this button in. When you turn the ignition on again the t-belt light should have gone out.
