Finding A Good Air/fuel Mixture

hey,

i have a toyotal Hilux 1991 4Y engine

can any one tell me how to get a good Air/Fuel Mixture on my carburetor. I don't have any secsors or equipment to test, it's all manual. my carbureter has one screw for the mixture and for for the trottle

-Do i turn the trottle all the way down and the mixture all the way up, then take it down until its coming to a stall???.

Please give me a step by step description.
