Ok - time has come to get theose badges off the back of the car - how are they attached?

Is there an easy way to get them off without marking the paintwork?

Basic question I know - but loads of you guys have done it already ...

lemon squeezey,

get a hair drier, heat them up (don't bubble your paint)

this will loosen the glue up (they're all glued on at the back)

simply pull the badges off one by one being careful as you go

I used autohlymns tar remover to get rid of any glue that was left behind on the paint

I wouldnt recommend pulling them off as you may not have heated it up enough and pull some laquer off the paintwork. Heat it up and use dental floss to cut away the Badge from the car. The glue left on the paintwork should rub off with ya finger.

Or if you aint confident, take it to pretty much any bodyshop who'll do it for about a fiver.

I just ripped my rear Badge off but am having a hard time removing the left over good from the Badge... not even my finger nails will get it off. I might have to go look for some goo remover at the local auto shop.

If you heat it up enough it should come off when using ur fingers...

Couple of weeks ago some £$*&! debadged my bonnet for free under cover of night.

Scratched the paint too. Looks like they used a screwdriver.
