Isn't that the same as the strap on supercharger that actually restricts the air flow at higher revs?

Don't have a clue rookey. Just can't see how they offer those sort of gains for arond £50.00

I presume it would actually do ok for a small displacement engine at low revs but for something like the 2, no way...

Imagine strapping a hairdryer to your air intake ffs. These things are a total con.

A 2l 4 stroke engine will want the rpm in litres of air, e.g. 4500 rpm = 4500 litres per minute of air (a few assumptions here). How the hell can a little electric fan supply that volume of air, never mind pressurise it?

This comes up every now and then .. I've heard they add a whole 1 psi at idle .. erm, okay sounds good yeah?

That at idle @ 800 rpm, and the fan is ar full chat.

Increase the revs and you now have a MASSIVE restrictor in your intake .. and there fore less air in your engine ..

A fool and his money are easily parted.

I hate people who advertise crap like this but at the end of the day it's usually chav's in there saxos and nova's that buy these so in that way they're good.
