Importing Glanza

Im looking for a Toyota Starlet Glanza and i have found a few in Ireland. Inorder to get it here would i need to SVA test it once in the UK or could i fly there and drive it back on "Q" plates. If i had to SVA test, roughly how much would i be looking at. Are there any other tests that need to be done?

Also, i remember someone mentioning that 98> galnz'a would not pass the sva test in the uk, is this true? All help really appreciated Toby
