Hi,

I must admit after getting my MR2 a few weeks back I decided after a few slides and back end swings that there is no way in hell I will be taking her out when the weather gets bad so ive gone the next further, ive bought a 1988 Micra 1.0 for the bad weather.

I now drive the Micra to work even when the weather's ok so my baby does not get any other doors slammed into her, she goes out every night when I pick the wife up from work unless its too cold or wet and she gets a run out on the weekends.

I  my 2

Don't blame you, there's always a risk of others going into you during the winter months. I hate it when people rag their crap, standard cars past on a corner in icy conditions.

Yeh know what you mean,

Me wife catches the bus every morning and she was telling me that this morning the driver was a lunatic, she reckoned he had a mate stood at the front of the bus who seemed impatient probably late for work or something anyway the conditions round ours this morning where bad loads of frost every where, some people have no respect for others or think of the consequences of there actions :ffs: :censor:

thing against bus drivers?

Was thinking the same :D

Ah ha the survey said urh uh,

I just have an issue with people who drive irresponsibly :ffs: one of me mates is a bus driver who does a good job. :P

Has anyone notice that when your in your 2 some times drivers just don’t seem to see you, more so when your behind another car??

I followed a row of traffic the other night, I went to over take and got to the rear bumper of the van in front when out of no where he swung out, let me tell you the brakes work well under pressure as i had just hit boost at the time but still managed to get pulled back with out an incident.

5 Mins later I parked along side another car Freelander who then decided he wants to reverse into me, horn works well also.

Needless to say I did not push my luck and went strait home that night no driving round for me…

dont know if this will work, but i have some pics here.

i am particularly worried about the folded metal in these pics-

any advice may help me out.

i think there is too much mangled metal around the front bulkhead to repair.

but it looks real bad, mainly because of broken plastic.
