The JVC GR-DX25EK records digital video on to high resolution mini digital tapes-up to 120 mins. in LP mode. It also takes digital still images and can be used as a web camera. As the camera has both USB and Firewire connections, the footage can be recorded back on to a normal VCR using the AV out, and also can be downloaded to a PC or MAC to digitally edit to create your own home movies. The camera fits neatly in the palm of your hand and measures only 55x102 x96mm (WHD) with LCD monitor closed and viewfinder pushed back in. It weighs only 440gm approx. without grip belt.
