It's probably a booster one... The car pictured is owned by a guy on toyotaextreme.de I dont think he knows his car is being used by some numpty on eBay :ffs: So not sure what you would really get

Is a booster one of lower quality and fitting than the TTE one?

It's not the wide arch one is it? His feedback seems pretty good considering the amount of transactions he carries out.

Ask him to send you a picture of the bumper, bit hard to know what you are getting to be honest when he does not use a picture of just the item. He might as well have a picture of my car up there I have the TTE bumper also!!!

Just mail him mate and see if you get a picture of it.

On toyoshop.nl they do the booster one and a copy of the TTE one if you get a picture from the guy checj out that site and see what one it is.
