Well my dad collected his Yaris Blue yesterday and I drove it 2day and its really different from mine!

The steering is wayyyyyyyyy lighter and the gear change is alot smoother!

Have they changed the steering to electrical power steering instead of the old hydraulic system?

Anyway, my dads loving it and its Carlo Blue for all you Carlo Blue fans!

the steering is lighter on newer ones but also u have wider tyres,

i prefer my steering not being as light as newer ones, the gear change is smooth as its new has the new aftermarket linkage, and fresh gearbox oil (i recommend getting yours changed)

I'm driving a Yaris Blue 1.0 in Carlo Blue at the moment too - loan car from Toyota until my new T-Spirit is ready!

I noticed its a bit different to drive too - the gears are a lot smoother and did you notice the handbrake being much higher too - or perhaps that was just my car!

Everything felt a bit "sturdier" too like the indictor stick - but then I have had to drive a Corsa for two weeks so its probably just me comparing the joy of driving a Yaris again to the horror of having to drive a Corsa! :D

The handbrake is very high in my T3, but I am getting it sorted after Christmas cos it's got too high and really has to be pulled up for it to hold (which isnt good!)

Now I know what you meant Blue as the handbrake in this Yaris Blue is practically vertical its so high - much higher than Karis'!

I've not noticed this one not holding though - luckily.

But yeah I dont blame you for getting it seen too - it is really weird!
