Turbo Upgrades

i am just wondering if these kits would be worth the money and if they are likely to give the power gains they say or would i have to change or uprate alot of things on the car to use the kit to its full potential

from what ive been reading on the yank mr2 sites, that turbo is good for about 260-280bhp on a standard engine with bolt-on mods i.e I/C, exhaust, de-cat, induction kit etc. Fuelling will need tweaking too with 540cc injectors and maybe fuel pump or fuel regulator and an safc 2 or emanage. Thats at the wheels by the way at around 16-18 psi.
