what are the rules on the trackday on second drivers as someone in TOC is spectating and would like to have a passenger ride and maybe a go in my car on track and yes i do trust this person

The reason i ask is ive never done a trackday with the company who are runing the trackday but loads with Book a Track and their rules are that as long as the second driver comes to the breifing they can drive the car on track and im not sure if this track organiser is the same.

Not to worry if they cant but it would be nice if he could as his car wont be ready for the track by then.

Can any 1 confirm how they measure the noise limit?

Is it drive by? Or static? If static, what revs?

Im kinda concerned as i have a GT4 with a screamer pipe fitted to my external wastegate. If its a drive by, ive got no chance, if its static, my screamer dont cut in till around 5000 rpm, so i should be ok?
