Switch

I have a rocker switch that i wanna place in that little pannel next to the light height adjustment dial on the right of the steering wheel.

Any idea if that panel can come out in order to drill through it for inserting the switch into. Please let me know if any of you have any ideas on how 2 do this as im totally lost and dont wanna muck up my car.

aint got a clue on a yaris but normaly a flathead screwdriver and brute force is how it's done. would only advise this as a last resort tho!

What exactly are you referring to… if it’s the blank filler panel between the steering wheel and the light height adjust & remote mirror control switch then just pull it off using a screw driver (or just by fingers even) from the top.

If you can post a pic… it would be more helpful

1) remove the fuse cover

2) push the panel out with hand, the the new gap

dont use a flat screwdriver

drill at a low speed or use a soldering iron in a ventalated place
