does anybody know how much boost you can safely run on an ST185 if you fit an uprated headgasket with standard pistons ??

Also is it really neccesary to fit ARP head bolts or will standard 1's do ??

I`ve heard of 185`s running 2 bar With modded internals. But i dont know if that was with standard pistons or not.

Mines running 1bar with standard everything and thats quite enough for me. :D

Plus you`ve got fuelling issues to deal with as well. Uprated fuel pump, pressure regulator etc. And dont forget the ECU would have to be changed, as i think i`m right in saying that the standard ECU cant be remapped.
