Rubbing Problem

Alright people help needed. just had a mot and had to have front left wheel bearing replaced.since this work has been carried out my left front wheel now rubs on the inside of my arch ie next to the engine when on full lock turning to the right.it never done this before the bearing was replaced. also i have noticed that the wheel sits about 3/4 inch nearer the engine then the other side!!!!!i have not drove the starlet for a week due to the mot failure and waiting for another booking. i will be taking it back to the place where it was done but does anybody know why this problem has happened. also why would i be having a problem with my emissions test????i have a standard air filter and standad back box????
